If you order from here, be sure to do it in person and NOT online. I have ordered through the app twice and what I wanted wasn't... available so they just didn't fulfill the order. The first time, the lady on the phone lied and said my refund would beprocessed the next day. I had to call corporate and finally got my money back a MONTH LATER. Just recently, they started closingan hour early and when I went to pick up my order, the lady said "I didn't make your order because we were out of lemon pepper."after I had already been charged. Slow getting order, even though we were the only ones eating in, the manager and an employee were having issues, food was so so... at best. Wing sause was underwhelming, blue cheese should actually contain some blue cheese, fries were under cooked, drinkmachine not working correctly. So for me, Wingstop did not live up to the hype. I have not been back to this WingStop in a long time and today I remember why. I placed my order on-line and was told it would... be ready in about 25mins; I got there in 30mins. Was then told it would be ready in 10mins...I went to sit in my car and cameback in 12mins, was then told it was almost ready. I sat and waited for about 7more mins. I got my bag taped up and opened itand I literally had only 1/3 of my order. I waited another 10mins for the rest of my order and when I asked for fresh fries shesaid they were backed up. So I said never mind and checked my order (for the 2nd time) and I had all my food BUT the fries werebarely cooked and my boneless chicken wings were burnt and tasted like old grease. It was so bad I trashed the boneless wingsand I had to go to wendys to get my kids chicken nuggets.
