Absolutely the worst service I have experienced. I sat in like for well over 30 minutes waiting for my drink and food. The... whole time they make my drink but never give it to me and anytime I look through the window they are on their phones andlaughing with each other. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since they are low staff. But they wouldn't even cometo the window when I tried to ask what's taking so long. I?ve been here a few times. Customer service is usually good. Food is tasty. It?s a fast food chain and it meets a lot of the... good stuff we want. I will say, during lunch hours they get very busy and you might be waiting a little longer than expected.Most of the time the line will move quickly. But others it may move very slow. Then we ended up coming back and the same crowd was still there. We asked how long they'd been waitingfor their food and they said "over an hour."
