The girl manager is a terrible miserable person. We ordered in so we could sit and enjoy a meal and went to pay they told me... they had no change. Okay I used my card instead. Sat down after waiting 15mins for our food and manager told us we had to leaveand we couldn?t eat inside. If you don?t have change and nobody is aloud to eat inside you should close the restaurant or informyour employees of dining room being closed so they don?t tell us it?s okay and then the manager come out telling us it?s not ok.Disappointed beyond belief Read more
Chicken is fair but sides are nasty. KFC does know that Boxed Mashed potatoes need milk and butter and a dash of salt, in order... to be delish. Now I know the mc&chese is the same nasty cause if KFC wont put 3 main ingredients in, the sides are lacking thesame flavors. Also stop calling that brown stuff gravy. honestly for beginners, customer service here is ALWAYS terrible. me and my fiancé go through the drive thru and the lady had... the most disgusting attitude from somebody who?s suppose to be providing service to the public. but on top of it, they forget toput in all items we ordered. when we call to let them know, of course no answer. the food is good. but the employees either needto be replaced with better ones or taught good customer service bc it?s is very obvious they lack one of the biggest parts oftheir job. id rate this location a 0 if I could. Twice in 2 weeks we've gone there to get buckets of chicken and tenders and both times they had no chicken. This has been a hot... topic on the next door app as others are greeted by surly employees and no food to buy. Won't stay in business long with thismodel, I mean, you have one job...its in the name.
