I placed an online order which was supposed to be ready for pickup at 3:29pm. I entered the store at 3:50pm and was told my... order was still somehow not ready. I waited an additional 15 minutes while the one employee behind the counter waiting on othercustomers instead of preparing my already extremely late order.
