I had dinner here for a business meeting. The atmosphere was comfortable, the cocktails well made, wine tasty, and food... delicious! Our server was apparently new per her own admission but did well with our party. A great experience and an excellentspot for dinner, whether business or pleasure. Read more
Food was absolutely cooked to perfection! The calamari was fresh & so very tender. The veal franchaise is so tender it just... melts in your mouth! The service was exceptional! I arrived at 9pm, they closed at 10pm. They were courteous & quick to seat me.I never felt rushed by the staff. My server, Matt, was very attentive, accommodating, charming & had a wonderful smile! Happy to report there is Fine Italian Dinning in Dover, Delaware! We moved here from NJ a few years ago. This was our first time... at Roma today. We were very pleased with our food and service. The restaurant is very clean, and service is professional andattentive. Emma was our server, and she was a very sweet young lady. Hubby & I shared Tomato Crab bisque, a Cold antipasto,and Ceasar salad. All were delicious. Bread and dipping oil was provided for the table. I had a Seared Scallop special overcheese filled pasta in a cream sauce with vegetables. Hubby had Surf and Turf. Everything was well cooked, hot, and delicious.My only complaint is that I should have saved room for dessert! Next time for sure:) Thank you Roma Staff! Read more
Nicest sit down restaurant we've been to since moving to the area almost a year ago. I like that you can get Italian favorites,... but that there is also a variety of other choices. Something for everyone. Prices are on the high side (so it's not a place togo if you are expecting pizzaria prices) but the environment and quality of food match the prices (it was expected). Thehand-painted wall murals are lovely. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Our server was very friendly and veryattentive. I ordered a Manhattan - and it was full to the brim and definitely not skimping on alcohol. This was a great datenight for us while the kids were at friends' houses! Definitely going back. Read more

Had another great dinner last night at Roma. Always delicious food and great atmosphere. The reason for 4 stars is the servers... are not what they used to be in previous years in the main dining room. I realize the owner takes pride in her restaurant and isalways working hard.
