Sandra who works overnight was very unaccommodating to me last night. First when making my food she told me I did not pay even... after I did. When her co worker confirmed she still did not believe it until she realized she made a mistake and had alreadycleared my order from the screen. She then proceeded to apologize to her coworker and not me after I told her I was the one whoshould receive the apology. I then asked to have my chipotle sauce on the side for my quesadilla and she refused stating it wasa new policy and I would need to be charged I explained to her this is no different than asking for condiments on the side. Iasked to speak to the manager and found out that it was here so I will now be using this as a more formal complaint. I suggestshe go thru a training to learn how to be an effective customer service employee. This occurred at 1AM on 11/14 incase I wasgiven a wrong name. Read more
I usually have a great experience with this Wawa, but this time I did not. I had a simple problem and when asked to fix it... Debbie the "Manager" was very rude and combative. Should not be in customer service. Read more
