Lucy was very rude in the drive thru. I asked her to use a coupon on the app to receive one of my 3 small fries for free but... instead she added a 4th fry for free. When I asked her if I got one of the 3 fries for free she said no it was for a large fryonly. When I responded can?t you just make one of the small fries a large she rolled her eyes. I have been here couple times and they have good service today I was doing door dash and I went thru the drive thru to pick up... the order I told the lady on the speaker the name of the person and she couldnt understand me and said "pull up to the firstwindow." While I was driving forward she said in Spanish "pinche pendego no sabe ordenar" i went back and I told her "Do youknow I'm Mexican? Why do you said I'm pendego? Is this how you treat your customers? I went to the first window and for mysurprise the person who said this was the supervisor never in my life I'm going back to this burger king. One star is for Gio (I hope I spelled that right), thank you for your kindness and being so polite. And as far as your crew... goes, they need some manners. I guess they keep the lobby closed so they don't have to clean it. But letting in a disabledveteran would not have hurt a thing. Yelling at us was unprofessional and disgusting in general. That disabled veteran is also atruck driver and my husband. That's why we couldn't go through the drive through. I guess you forget what people in the militarydo to keep you safe. And I guess you forget what us truck drivers do. Next time you order or buy anything, remember a truckerhad to bring that for you. Maybe corporate needs to hear about your rude actions today.
