Found El Carrisal by accident; a very happy one! Food was outstanding: hand made tortillas, delicious el pastor, wonderful chili... relleno made to order from scratch. Staff was warm & delightful. I only wish Pupuseria El Carrisal was in Ventura instead ofDowney!! Read more

Good food, pretty good service, expensive, and bad or no parking. Order ahead where possible to avoid a long wait. There's only... street parking, two spaces in front of the restaurant. The food tastes good and the portions are good. Read more
