11/11/22 i accidentally made a mistake on the mobile order. I ordered a venti Irish cold brew with extra cream and 2 pumps of... Irish syrup with 2 pumps of mocha sauce. MY mistake was that I wanted 2 pumps of WHITE mocha sauce. Anyways, I went to the drivethru line and told them that I picked up my mobile order and it was supposed to be white mocha sauce. The lady who took my orderproceeded to remake my order and then rudely cut me off when I told her ?no, I want only 2 pumps of Irish cream not extra? andshe said ?yeah I was going to say extra Irish cream, I already know I was the one who made your drink? anyway, I ignored hersarcastic remark and when I went to the drive thru window I gave her my drink and told her that I had put regular mocha sauce.She snatched the cup and again told me ?I already know I made your drink? then she proceeded to turn away half rolling her eyes.I still thanked her and as I left, I was so upset at the way she confronted me. I knew I was in the wrong and I apologized forit and she still decided to treat me that way. I went to McDonald?s down paramount and got much better service. It sucks becausemy drink here at Starbucks was more expensive than my whole meal at McDonald?s. I hate to complain because no matter what i will get my coffee from here again but hope this can help them improve their way of... handling orders, i put a mobile order for just one simple iced caramel macchiato at exactly 9:03 am. The app says my ordershould be ready by 9:15 i get there at 9:17 and i see there is nothing on the pick up table so I decided to ask and they tellme its coming so i said ok thank you but I notice everyone else is getting their drinks except for me so i decide to ask againand I noticed that 20 minutes had passed already and my coffee wasn?t ready, this made me upset because what is the point ofordering online??? When they're busy it's hard to get in to the drive-thru because of the way the building is placed in the shopping center. Car's... can cut the way it's located. Don't pakr in there area if you oick up because you might get blocked in for a long time. Lastyear I ordered online and when I go there the doors were locked and no sign on the door. I called them and no answer. I triedto reach them on the app. but no option to contact them. I called back and finally reached them. They had an incident with aguest so they locked the doors. But didn't have a sign. I alomost left and would have lost out on money. Starbucks should haveoptions to contact the location you order at incase you need to cancel to modify/change the order.
