It?s rare that a breakfast joint actually has a good cup of coffee, but thankfully this place lived up to its name. After flying... in at 5:30 in the morning from Fort Lauderdale, I was in desperate need of decent coffee and lots of it. I had a Small Mess(eggs, potatoes, Turkey sausage, onions and peppers) and it was more than enough food, hot, fresh and really tasty! One friendhad a Large Mess and something called a Scrapple (still not entirely certain what exactly it is). While it wasn?t bad, it?s justnot for me. My other friend had Cream Chipped Beef with potatoes and omg that was very yummy too!! It?s similar to SausageGravy and biscuits, but better in my opinion! Our waitress was fantastic! She was helpful without being overbearing and keptthe piping hot coffee coming! The restaurant has a very welcoming, classic diner ambiance. It?s much larger than it appearsfrom the front of the building and everything was quite clean. Definitely recommend and will be back next time I?m in town! Read more

This cozy spot in downtown Downtown can't be beat for breakfast! My dad finally took me here to get my first mess (now that I'm... 38 years AND living two states away in West Virginia). He got the Italian sausage (strong fennel flavor! Really tasty) with allthe veggies. I got the sausage (the rosemary flavor, WOW) with all the veggies + provolone.
