The wood fire pizza was delicious. The pepperoni and fresh mushrooms topped the zesty pizza sauce and fresh mozzarella. The only authentic Neapolitan style pizza in the area. Thin, soft crust. Cooked quickly in a wood fired brick oven. This is not... New York style pizza. You need to give this a try. There will always be a char on the crust -- it's not "burnt", that's the wayit's supposed to be. The smokey wood fire taste is noticeable. Sauce is light and fresh tasting.
