I've ordered from Lisa's in the past and haven't had a problem. Last night I ordered a chicken finger dinner as I had not gone... food shopping. I never had an issue before but it pains me to give them a bad review, as in literal pain. At around 3 in themorning I had woken up and was unable to leave the bathroom until about 7 in the morning. Pretty easy to say I had FOODPOISONING! So eat here at your own risk! I don't know if they have recently hired new crew members or if the managers sold it tonew owners and don't understand how to not cross contaminate. Who knows maybe they just got lazy after a long day, but the endresult is the same and its not ok. Anyone who prepares food should take health and safety seriously! Read more
I placed an order for a sub online. 15 minutes later, I arrived at the store and was told to wait 10-15 minutes. After 25... minutes, they still haven?t even started cooking my food. That took my whole lunch break, so I asked for a refund, since Ineeded to return to work. 2 weeks later, still haven?t gotten a refund. Placed our order for delivery at 1230pm with eta at 130pm. By the time it was 205pm I tried calling multiple times with no... answer. Drove to the store to see if it was even open. Lights were on and employees were inside. Called the owner/manager whoclaimed she didn't have access to the website to turn off orders and that they were opening late due to being understaffed.Strangely it takes one person to pick up a phone and contact the orders that they will be over 2 hours delayed.
