I don?t think I?ve had a single online order be correct, at this location. Ordered a pork burrito this time and they literally... didn?t put any meat on it at all. Next time I?ll go to Costa Vida. Read more

So usually we receieve fairly good service here but today my enchalada style burrito was SO thin. There was a very small amount... of food inside it. It was the most "deflated" looking burrito I've ever purchased! My son ordered the same thing and his wasvery thin too. Read more

In my opinion Cafe Rio is on the losing side of the war between them and Costa Vida. The food was fine and the service was good.... I will say the tables were all dirty. I ended up putting on gloves and cleaning a few tables myself for my family to eat at.After eating for 30~ min someone finally came out to clean the tables. Read more

I?m only giving this a 1 star because I have to. If I had the option to I wouldn?t give them negative stars. This place is... terrible we ordered 5 kids meals and we asked for an enchilada which they apparently do not offer in the kids meals they did nottell us that. Instead made the enchilada on a small tortilla and charged us for a full price one. Second issue the meat isdrenched in grease and it was dripping from the quesadilla for about 10 minutes. The third issue the rice was not cooked fullyinstead it felt like we were eating rocks. Fourth issue they will not honor their menu. In kids meals it says you have theoption between black bean or pinto beans and rice. It includes a kids drink AND TORTILLA CHIPS. I went and showed them a pictureof their own damn sign and they said they would not honor it. They said the chips were an or item. WHICH IT DOES NOT EVEN SAY ONTHE MENU. I went and complained to the manager and they did not care just shrugged and said talk to corporate. I have never beentreated this terrible in a restaurant before. I am never coming back and I would suggest no one ever come here. They are rude donot care about customer service and do not care about the quality of food. It literally take 5 minutes to cook rice and it wasrock hard showing the lack of care. Oh and last but not least it is incredibly dirty all the tables were dirty and there wassoda all over the seats. It was disgusting. Read more

I usually go to Costa vida, but I decided to come here since Costa video was closed on Sunday. I should have just gone to Taco... Bell. I don't know if they didn't drain the beans or the chicken, or both, but my chicken salad was full of water. They addedtomatoes and lettuce to my kids' plain cheese quesadillas. Aside from the water in the salad, the chicken had no flavor and theshell was crispy and stale. Never coming here again. Read more
