First time at this location and each item we got was distinct and full of flavor. My favorite was the rainbow bow but the spicy... tuna and Kalua port was very flavorful. Each one was really good. All items were fresh and vibrant in flavor. They were reallynice and gave a lot of options. We will make more of this at home until we come back to Draper. This was my first introduction to this place. They don?t freeze any of their fish and they pride themselves on that. The fact... that all their fish was flown in a day after being caught was amazing, it might increase the cost, but was good! The freshtuna and fresh salmon right off the cutting board was delightful!
