Normally this is my go to location, I placed an online order for a medium pepperoni pizza with extra black olives added, came... home to realize I got an olive pizza with 0 pepperoni. Of course I cooked it because my kids were hungry and it?s nearing 7 oclock, I called to let them know and they told me because we?ve eaten some of it they can?t do anything. Not even a single ? I?msorry?, I get it gets busy but I paid $14 for a medium pizza with olives on it. Compassion is all it takes to make someone feelbetter or yet an apology for their mistake. I wouldn?t be leaving this review if they weren?t so rude about the approach, but Ididn?t feel they corrected their mistake, and their illiteracy costed me money. The pizza is good but they just don't seem to care about customer service or feedback. If you look at the reviews, the recent... reviews seem to be much worse than the older reviews, so not sure if they changed ownership or management but something isbroken at this store.
