I absolutely love Jade Garden. This is now my local ?go-to? for Sushi takeout. Jade was recommended to me by a friend and I... haven?t turned back since. The food is always fresh, the orders are always correct and they are fast. I?ve ordered both take outand delivery and have no complaints regarding timing. Their online order platform also makes it easy for a person like me, whois a creature of habit, to do a quick re-order of what I?ve previously had. They also don?t have the extreme fees of some otherplaces that require ordering through Grubhub/Uber Eats, etc so you aren?t getting hit with the extra service fees. I should alsomention the staff are also super friendly. Very accommodating and easy to communicate any special requests. If you haven?t triedJade Garden give it a go! You won?t be disappointed!! So disappointed with the new ownership! My husband and I have been getting sushi here for almost 15 years and really appreciated... the quality and consistency. Ordered take out sushi last night and the quality of fish has dropped significantly. We will missAnnie and the old staff, and especially the sushi we knew we could always rely on. So sad. We used to love this restaurant and did take out at least once a week. They recently changed owners and customer service... has steadily gone downhill. I finally stopped going and now we need to search for a new place. I agree with other reviewersabout the delivery driver. We are temporarily living on the 5th floor of an apartment building since our permanent home wasdestroyed by a tornado last fall. We continued to ordered from here and the driver actually left my food with a stranger in mybuilding because he said it took me too long to get down the 5 floors. He shouted over the phone that he was too busy to waitand this was after I left his tip on my credit card when I ordered. I subsequently had several more problems with the lastproblem happening right in front of our front door security person who actually is the person here most often asked forrestaurant referrals. She wanted to see what I ordered and it turned out that the jumbo shrimp entree I wanted to show her wasmistakenly packed as a CHICKEN with vegetables. Although mistakes happen, when I called the restaurant in front of the securityguard, they not only disputed what we were saying (actually insisted it was shrimp even though we were all looking at chicken)but wanted a picture of it, which we sent immediately and to add insult to injury after tipping for delivery and getting thewrong order, they wanted me to drive back to get the shrimp. This place needs some lessons on customer service or they willnever make it in this area. The food is almost back to the way it was but it will take much polishing to clean up theirbehavior.
