Came in on a Friday around 5:30. Place was 3/4 empty. Waitress didn't show up for 20 min to take order... I ordered steak (I... guess my stupid at a chicken place). Steak was bland, gravy cold, roasted veggies kinda looked like they'd been sitting aroundwaiting for hours before being toasted. Waitress forgot my drink, never showed up to check in on dinner....
