Stopped to grab some food and use the washroom. Wasn't allowed inside and an unpleasant woman came outside and told us to go... away. Clearly she's focused on chasing away customers taking a break rather than doing her job. Atrocious customer service.Never been treated so poorly anywhere in the world. Read more

It was slow which was understandable as they are understaffed. We waited for an hour and 15 minutes to order and get our food.... Again I have no problem waiting. But I have a problem when I don't get everything after all that waiting. I asked for ketchupshe said there were some in the bag. I said thank you. My partner had poutine I had corn. There were no napkins and no cutleriesfor the wjole pieces of chicken. Not worth the time or money. If you guys are so understaffed that you have to make people wait,at least do a better job completing the order. There was nothing else to do that whole time but to just wait. I watched you guysdraw your own drinks from the fountain and talk in the middle of the store from the window I was in. There was no excuse forthis. Read more
