The chicken biryani was very moist and flavorful. Very generous portion. Garlic chili naan was great, I'll definitely come back... and try their lamb or goat biryani. Hopefully they can make it extra spicy. Read more

Went here with a friend on a Saturday evening after a round of golf and this place actually beat my expectations! There isn't a... ton of seating which is a downside but it wasn't crowded at all when we got there. I got the szechuan egg noodles and we alsogot a chili paneer to share. A tad bit spicy but real mouthwatering flavors. Cooked fresh and hot and of high quality. For theprice, the quantity is plentiful - in fact I had to take part of it to go. The manager was nice enough to offer us complimentarywater bottles too. It's located in a nice complex with other spots like boba bliss, which was convenient to grab after and washit all down. Update on 15Aug2022:- Seems like they changed the name, to Bistro from bowl with the same owner and chef! still the same issue,... no salt on most dishes . I can understand the spice levels wary depending on who is eating, but seasoning has to be spot on forany professional kitchen. This is for old name Biryan bowl:- Not so great Vijayawada biryani. Very little salt nor spice to becalled boneless Vijayawada biryani. Can?t figure out the stale meat or spice mix was the issue. Side salan is def not fresh andis bland . Rytha is watery & tell the whole story. Good quantity though! Read more

I am a big fan of Mutton Biryani. Love the flavor and the spices never gave me stomach burning sensation. Mixed tandoori platter... is must try here.Masala flavors are really good and different than others restaurants. I had Veg-Manchurian after many years andit was delicious. I haven't seen this item in most of the Bay-Area restaurants. Chicken 65 tastes very good.Prashanth andLavanya both are very friendly and humble with the customers. Read more

It appears the restaurant is now under a new management as the name changed and the service has deteriorated significantly. It... was to be my favorite place. I recently ordered a take-out and was told it would take 15 minutes. I left and came back 40minutes later and was promised "they are making it" with estimates of "5 more minutes". Another patron who was in the samepredicament just muttered, "Just give me anything, I'll eat whatever you give me." That's how bad it was. Finally food came out55 minutes after ordering. I complained but the two employees there just laughed me off. There was no apology, there was noattempt to make things right or even explanation. I considered asking for a refund of the tip that I had given when I signedthe credit card earlier but I decided to drop it because I was hungry. It was a tip of 15% on a take-out which I thought wasreasonable, but they did not deserve the tip. This is a reminder not to tip before service or completion of order. I sincerelyhope the (presumably) new owner of this place reads this review. Train your employees to have better customer service, offersomething to make up for their mistakes or delays. And most importantly, thank your customer, apologize if something is wrong. Read more
