Dining in for dim sum. Food is a bit salty overall. Minus 1* for the taste. Service is great. I was surprised that 18% of the... tip was automatically added in the check, I would appreciate it if they disclosed this when we sat down. Not that we don't tipthat much but it will be good to know that beforehand. Minus 1* for this. We paid close to $100 for two people. Ordered 5 dimsum and one stir fry noodle (daily special). I would think the price is high for what we got. Read more

One of the Koi Palace in Dublin. Over here, you could have some up scale authentic Cantonese food. The place is a bit small.... The distance between tables is not that spacious. The service is decent, as long as you wave you hand, you will get response, better than the Milpitas branch. For the food, it is a bit on the salty side in my opinion. The presentation is prettygood. The portion is medium, running to the edge of small. We had the eel clay pot rice. The rice is a bit wet, usually, andit does not have the eel flavor, it is more of the sauce. The abalone is decent in side, if the sauce a touch thinner, thatwould be wonderful. Please remember to check the itemize receipt before you sign your name, as they have charge 18% gratitudeand did not mentioned that to you. So don’t double pay on tips. The 4 of us cost about 700 for a total of 8 dishes. Read more

Able to keep quality of food and service after the pandemic. Not too crowded on weekdays. The best choice in the area.

We came here on recommendation from a co-worker. It’s located in a plaza. The place was fairly clean. Employee were efficient.... Our host was attentive. It’s not your traditional dim sum rolling in a cart. Your given a menu and you order what you want. So your food is brought out to you fresh and hot. They have different variety of dim sum and offer daily specials. Food wasfantastic. Coming back without the kids next time. lol Read more

-bird nest custard egg tart [B item] -shrimp and scallop dumplings with black truffles [L item] -grilled chive and shrimp... dumplings [K item] i love love loveeee dim sum and this spot has some of my favorite items like these three. a staple that ialways order at a dim sum spot would be chives and shrimp dumplings-- and here at @koipalace its a hit. for the other two items- ive never heard of them at other spots so i decided to try it and also really enjoyed the filling of the shrimp and scallopdumplings with black truffle as it wasnt too heavy and had some very flavorful seasoning. when it comes to egg tarts at dim sumspots it can be a hit or miss esp with the crust - but i wanted to try something different so i ordered the bird nest custardegg tart. one thing i appreciate about this item was how creamy the custard and crust was together. and the crust wasnt toothick or heavy - making it truly a bite size ????????????????. if yall are in the area of a @koipalace - make sure to check outthese items!! tips: to-go and dine in are both equally as bomb, at the dublin and milpitas locations theres hella parkingavailable, and at the dublin location theres also a koi palace expresss which is also super bomb and have similar items on theirmenu but more so causal dining/hong kong streeet food/quick meal items ????
