We went through the drive-thru because we were in a bit of a rush. There was around 7 cars in front of us and it took us 16... minutes to order and pick up our food. That is entirely too long for a fast food restaurant. Food was good but the time to getit was not. Read more

The servers were very unfriendly, the hot my order wrong, and when I brought it to their attention, the acted very unfriendly... and blamed it on me. No smiles, just felt like no one cared about me as a customer. I will not be returning anytime soon. Iwill now go to macdonalds where the servers are friendly, and if a mistake is made they apologize and make the order right. Irefuse to support any pmace where they do not even greet you with a good morning or even a simple smile. Sorry, the truth is thetruth, oh! IM NOT SOME RUM DUM EITHER. I am the corporate general manager of a business in east Dublin. If you staff had donethat under my watch, they would all be looking for new jobs, and they would not get a good recommendation from me either. Ahouse cleaning would be in order if I were the district manager starting at the top and work my way down. If the staff is thatunfriendly, what kind of a manager us running the store. Good by.
