They are so mean. There is no customer service at all. The so-called manager is so rude. He overcharged me for an extra chicken... I did not order. I went back and asked him to fix it, unfortunately, he almost wanted to slap me on the face instead ofrefunding my money. I will never come to this restaurant ever again. They are terrible. Been to this one about a dozen times or so. Quality can be inconsistent but normally good. Don't order online though, they will... make your portions half size. Although this might be a tactic at all chipotle now, this one is bad about it. Read more
My daughter loves Chipotle and I don't mind it so we chose this spot for dinner. Friendly service but like all other chipoltes,... they were scrapping the bottom of the grilled veggie pan. Everything else was fresh and served hot. I will point out, there wasa young gentleman working the register who after clearing out a decent size line, he took the time to walk the floor and askeverybody how their meals were. I asked him of he was a manager and he chuckled and said no. I told him he was on his way to it.Great service, food and location. Read more
