i ordered at 8:30 online. after an hour and a half (online said it?d take an hour), i tried calling for an update. no one would... answer, on hold forever. when i finally got ahold of someone it had already been two hours. it is now 11:45 and pizza isn?there. when i got ahold of someone working, they said it wasn?t even made yet (it had been two hours already). now its saying outfor delivery. i work in the food industry, i know how crazy saturdays during football season can be, but it needs to beaddressed. employee on the phone said they were the only person there, doing everything. something needs to be done to make surethis doesn?t happen to other people because its very frustrating. Usually don?t have an issue getting my order but today was the most unsatisfying services ever!!! Order a regular cheese pizza,... after gotten delivered looks like gotten dropped on the floor and put back to pieces. So gotten another replacement pizza andsame thing both the pizzas still ended up looking like a huge blob and even didn?t teste good, tried to get refund back but theemployee was lacking of empathy and possession statement, could?ve at least try to find a way to be more compromising to thefact that the job wasn?t done right!! I have ordered at this location 4 times and every time the order is extremely late. Been waiting 2 hours now and still showing... prep. No one is answering the phone. About to drive to the store to cancel order. Read more
Your order will take over an hour, probably closer to two. Even if you live 2 miles away. Delivery drivers don't pay attention... to anything marked on the receipt and will annihilate your pizza by sprinting with it. A single large pizza shouldn't take 2hours to get here. That's asinine. Read more
