This is by far one of the best ramen places I have tried since moving from Chicago. The quality of the broth was very close to... how the made it in Japan. I got to check out a place in Fukuoka, Japan. Fukuryo Ramen really has good environment and thequality of the ingredients are highly recommended for anyone to try! Ok. To be honest, this was a 4.5, but since I can?t choose that I have to give it a 5 since it?s better than my 4 rated... places. Cool vibe, the Tonkoktsu Ramen is nearly perfect when you add the chili paste. We sat in front of the kitchen and sawsome excellent work. I was honestly excited trying this place and heart broken when I did. I wouldn?t call this authentic at all. The fried chicken... was double fried and cold. Meaning they fried it once then dropped it back in the hot oil to warm it up. The ramen I had (RedDragon) the noodles were underdone. The broth was separating with a thick layer of oil on top.
