Normal Jimmy John?s. Nice staff. They were attentive to a few changes we made to the order. All good.
Food was drop on my hotel front door, they decided knock to knock since they saw the no housekeeping tag on door. No... notification it had arrived, called an hour later and the worker was pretty rude. I first ask what's your current deliverytimes and she did not understand. When she did she still couldn't tell without giving delivery details even tho Jimmy johnsusually only delivers in a 3 mile radius. Seems like employees are more annoyed of their work and hate answering a question. Read more
Further Edit: Online orders apparently only work for half their subs. The entire franchise seems to be crashing. Edit: had to... change to 2 stars. Came back and not only was I waiting beyond any time frame that would be considered freaky fast but therewere 4 others waiting as well. Pro tip, only do online orders because this location apparently doesn't understand what inperson customer service is. Been getting slower and slower, freaky fast? Not anymore. Read more
Stopped in to this Jimmy Johns for a quick sub. I was the only customer in the store, but was rudely told they wouldn?t help me... for at least 30 minutes because they prioritize online orders and they couldn?t step off the line. You?re entire valueproposition is that your food is ready fast. You?re putting together subs?not building a Tesla. It would have taken about 45seconds to make the sub I was going to order, I think you could have managed. Read more
