I used to love this place. Always been my go to. But NOW it is just unacceptable. there is a SURPLUS of incapable employees... manhandling my food, not even being able to make a simple bowl. Bring back good employees, like Logan! Do better, Piada, I beg. Read more
Quality has gone way down in the past few months. No care is given to the food, and the place is very dirty. They also seem... understaffed as everyone is always rushing and throwing things together. Staff was nice but the restaurant was very dirty. The food has been better from this location but overall, it wasn't bad except... the Piada sticks were surprisingly kind of gross. We've never had this happen before, either. The outside tables and the drinkstation were in desperate need of cleaning. Even the swinging door into the kitchen has a ton of dirt on it and could really usesome attention. We tried to leave feedback from our receipt and even called corporate but no one contacted us about our firstbad experience here at Perimeter drive.
