I went here earlier today and I was SHOCKED by what I saw... Alice, the woman working there, was YELLING at a family with young... children. Being parents with young kids is hard enough without someone shaming you publicly. This whole thing was crazy. Thecoffee and pastries were fine but we won?t be coming back. Coffee is okay. The staff and service was just plain sad. I asked for a cup of ice water to go with my order and they said they... couldn't because of "supply issues". When I offered to pay for the cup, they said it would cost $3.25 for the cup of ice. LOL!I'd rather go somewhere else where they don't nickel and dime their customers.
