Their equipment needs updating! The card reader rejected my card and the young man said it?s happened before that it?s a old... machine. The young man had a tag on saying he is a manager and his name is Josh. When asked if he?s the manager he said kindasorta. Kinda sorta? You?re either a manager or not! FRAUDULENT CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT. I stopped by the this Shell gas station located at 4722 Cleburne blvd Dubin VA, I was... traveling south and stopped to buy $20 worth of gas. My credit card was then charged $85+ $50 and another $50. My card declinedthe $85 and $50 but the other $50 was deducted from my account. I called the store back and the clerk (younger caucasian woman)who worked the early morning shift. She became offensive was rude to me when I asked about the fraudulent charges on my account.She cursed and then hung the phone up on me. I'm frustrated and confused on how my credit card was charged and why, without anyexplanation from the employee. 1. Paid for $20 worth of gas 6-19-19 06:35 am 2. Was charged extra $50 6-19_19 3.
