Food was okay, nothing against the young cook but the portions were very small unlike other waffle houses. The gravy was unlike... the other waffle houses for the biscuits perhaps a little bit watery and not enough pepper nor salt "very bland" Service wasgood though! Read more
Stopped on our road trip to SC at about 6am. Candace was the only one working & she already had a full house. She was friendly... engaging, professional & still had time for friendly conversation, apologies for the wait & greeting customers who were walkingin, taking orders & cooking all the meals. This lady made our day. We planned to drive all the way from NJ to SC but betweenthe rain, fog, low visibility we decided to stop. She was charming & her work ethic was outstanding. My husband said to me whenwe left, ?we weren?t supposed to stop here but I feel like we were meant to meet that woman. She was our angel this morning. Wecannot express what this experience was like. She talked about her kids & what they mean to her. She had been working since 8pmthe night before. I?ve never been to a Waffle House but I?m glad we stopped at this one. Great place to get breakfast, the staff is very friendly!
The best burger/take-out food I've had in a while. I don't know the man's name who made it for me but he did a great job. It was... around 1AM. He was about to get off for the night but he stayed to cook my burger for me. Down to earth & friendly staff. Read more

To... make a point... the serving staff reviews the order prior to serving to table. I did not care for the young child behind thecounter, nor the baby on the counter..
