I went in to get coffee today. The place looks like it hasn?t been cleaned in days. Food on the floor along with trash. Counters... are covered in spilt coffee. However the young lady that waited on me was very polite. Place definitely needs to be cleanedthough. Read more
Always good. But the lobby isn't open on Sunday. So all you have is drive thru. The line was horrendous! Great place to waste... gas. All I needed was a large black coffee for my friend in the hospital! Read more
They can't make a Matcha to save their lives. I've stopped ordering it because I don't want to chew my drink. Also, the amount... they use has to be costing more than I'm paying. We used to go 5+ times a week. However, you sit in the drive thru sometimes forseveral minutes as the only car waiting to give your order. Then get to the window to 3 people standing there talking to eachother. The store needs management help. Also, they need to drop Donuts from their name.... Most days I go they are out for theday. ???? I know that's slightly petty, however, if you are open until 9pm I feel like you should have donuts past 5. Yourcoffee never tasted the same two times. The employees really need training on making a drink. Also, when I'm in the drive thrubehind 5 cars while I see an employee out back smoking and no one being waited on... I get frustrated. So I decide to go in andorder , only to be met with a locked door and no note stating the lobby is closed. I'm led to believe your employee is literallyoutside smoking ignoring customers. That was the last straw for me. I went for nearly daily visits to maybe once a week, andonly during the morning hours when the manager is there and I can be more sure I will be taken care of. Order food and drink from here and got my food every little bag had hair in it. Okay I go back through explain there is hair in... my food they said pull around so I do. I get to the window and the employee is just staring at me giving me a dirty look doesn?tsay a word so I repeat that there was hair in the food and asked if they wanted it back (which they did take back through thewindow and if I recall from my time in fast food that is a health violation to take food back through the window). I watch theemployee look in the bag and then her and her coworkers all proceeded to laugh about it? Im not sure what?s funny about hairbeing in someone food mind you the food was an item that?s taken from the deep fryer to a bag how hair ended up in it is beyondme.
