Our sons arranged for a surprise dinner at the DuBois Valley Dairy for my wife and I. It commemorated our 50th Anniversary, and... was held there because my wife and I first met at a Valley Dairy where she worked in Johnstown. We could not have been happierwith our experience at the DuBois location. Our food was very good and the establishment was spotless. But more importantly,how we were treated there was just amazing. Tim, the manager there, had gone out and bought a tablecloth, candles, and flowersand set up a special table for our "date". All of the waitresses were attentive, friendly and courteous. Our primary waitress,Nikki, was absolutely wonderful! She also stayed past the end of her scheduled shift just to wait on us! Everyone who workedthere that day seemed just as happy for us as we were. (Maybe happier!) What a cordial and respectful staff! A genuineheartfelt "Thank You!" to Tim and his entire waitstaff for making our surprise extra special! We could not have been given anicer experience had we dined at a fancy 5 star restaurant in Paris! And to Nikki.....I won't forget your personality and the respect you showed. Food was terrible!! Service wasn't great either! Was there on a Monday, was not that busy. Roast beef was so tough, and waitress... never came back to see if we needed anything else!! I have dined at 2 other Valley Dairy Resturants and they were very good!!Will never return to the Dubois resturant!! Read more

Pretty average place, nothing terrible but nothing special either. Service was quick and the food was good for what it is. The... portions were larger than expected, I couldn't finish my meal and had to get a box. I'll probably find somewhere else to go nexttime I'm in the area, but if you just need to stop somewhere for a quick bite to eat, this place is fine. Read more
