The bagel was amazing and the Iced tea was good. Kinda pricey but what you get is really good.
I ordered an iced coffee and everything bagel at the drive thru. The iced coffee was clearly not fresh (melted ice, old whipped... cream), and received a blueberry bagel. People are nice. Food is terrible and overpriced. Breakfast sandwiches were acceptable and I would get them daily until they... changed policy and now are all pre-made and microwaved. Disgusting. Anyone knows you don?t microwave bagels. That?s just lazybusiness policy translating to a garbage product. How come in NY you can go into any busy deli and get a freshly made bagelsandwich made to order the way you like it for $6-7, but in Dubuque you get a pre-made sandwich microwaved andoverpriced? Could you slice the bacon any thinner? Now you can?t even ask for extra bacon to make up for this stinginess. Their product is garbage. I hope this reads loud and clear to the owners.
