We ordered and got our food promptly, and then I had to wait over 15 minutes for my northern light latte and had to actually... remind them for it. Coffee is boiling but the food was lukewarm, so obviously cold by the time I got my coffee. I dont know howscheduling works or if someone called in, but you definitely need more than 2 people around 730 AM because I am sure I gotforgotten due to the lines. Maybe I'll try the one in CR as I dont visit Dubuque often, but I get more food on my bagel andquicker service at Breuggers for less money. Spent over 20 bucks for 2 bacon, egg, and cheese bagels, an OJ, and the coffee.Leaves a little to be desired. ??????? Read more
Waited behind 2 cars for 15 minutes this morning. Paid almost $20 for a breakfast sandwich, a bagel and cream cheese, chai tea... and a cappuccino. Then when rushing to work realized the cappuccino was just coffee. Will not go back. Read more
The coffee was so HOT air really burned my mouth. There was no juice. The answer given to me was I don?t know. I did finally... get some. But was almost ready to leave when I finally got a blueberry muffin that I ordered. I asked if there were knives. No we are out. So I asked. Could you cut the bagel. Just not good service.
