This Dubuque location on Flint Hill Dr has really went downhill. Used the kiosk punching in a tent number. The crew person... called out that number instead of delivering the food to my table. My sandwich was good, a quarter pounder, but didn't seem tobe made fresh. My fries were hard and over cooked.The store appears to have a pretty bad fly problem. We were on a bus trip and stopped for breakfast and dinner on the way home. Great coffee and breakfast burrito. Staff was... friendly and helpful. I am a regular, I use drive thru, And I Doordash when necessary. Unless one of my acquaintance Adam(a manager) is on shift, I... have never received a correct or full order from this key west location. Seeing how my family and I are here consistently priorto new management, your afternoon crew is absolutely unappetizing. They're on their phones in drive thru window.
