Food has gone down hill. Dry steak and smaller portions especially if you order online. Last time I went they had the lobby... closed until 3 and I showed up at 2:55 so just waited 5 mins and someone came to the door and changed it to 3:15 :'D Read more

When you order a $12 burrito, you expect to get more than 3 pieces of steak in the burrito. However one half of the burrito was... rice and the other half was guacamole. Extremely disappointed from fast food places in Duluth but this takes the cake. I don?tthink I will ever even consider spending $12 on rice and guac when i can do that for less than 5 by myself. Anytime I do notorder take out, the employees are always angry and don?t care about what they give to people. So sad how this place is stillopen. Read more

Very unsatisfied with my experience. I?ve been a loyal quoba customer since I moved up to Duluth for college but the past few... times I?ve ate there I have not been impressed. First off, if I?m going to pay 12 dollars for a burrito that use to be 8 I wantto be getting the same amount of food. Today my order had 7 pieces of chicken total on it and probably less rice. My bitesconsisted of mostly queso, salsa and tortilla. Second off I?ve been super disappointed with the customer service. I feel theemployees are short with customers and not polite when listening to orders. This is not the place it used to be and it?s sad tosee. Read more

I placed an online order and when I arrived to pick it up it was not ready. They said they were waiting for chicken and steak. I... waited for 45 minutes and it still wasn't ready so I left. If I had known that they didn't have ingredients and that it wouldtake so long, I wouldn't have placed the order. Read more

As a doordasher picking up at this location it's normally a pretty good place to pick up orders, but tonight as I was waiting... for two orders I couldn't help but notice, as they we're finishing online orders they just kept lining them up on a cuttingboard, not bagging them up and leaving them on the warmer shelf, I mean if that's how you run your store more power to you, butyour customers and my customers prefer hot/warm food, not cold food that sits out on an assembly line for 15-20 minutes, seemsunprofessional.
