The food was really good. I didn't know what too expect. But from all the different meal everyone gotten it looked really good... and the fries were amazing! Do not skip the fries! Very disappointed with the meals we received. 15.50 for 3 oz piece of turkey 1 small scoop of mashed potatoes and a side side.... We have been coming here for years. I understand prices have increased but that was not worth the money. Also order a bowl ofsausage and rice soup. 2 tiny pieces of sausage were in the bowl of soup. We sent the soup back just didn?t taste good. Atcheckout we were still charged for the soup. Used to be a great place for a home cooked meal. Just not the same. Read more
I am a truck driver that is obviously away from home a lot. This place is the prototypical "Mom n Pop" restaurant! The... waitresses were all pleasantly friendly, beaming with smiles, they were extremely attentive to their customers and they wentabove and beyond. The food was delicious! Prepared perfectly and the portion size was well worth the price. I even requested tospeak with the owner so that I could express my overwhelming satisfaction with his place, the waitresses, the food and the factthat there was enough room for me to get my tractor trailer in to park. He even expressed that I could park in the lot if Ineeded a nap before getting back up on the road again. I highly recommend this place! On our way home from Maple Grove Speedway I told my wife l wanted to take her to a restaurant I saw some time ago while driving... truck. She asked me if I had eaten there before and I said no. Well we pulled into the parking lot and I said , this is theplace. We went inside and were seated and ordered our food. In no time our food was ready. The food was so good, the waitresswas very nice and helpful. This is a restaurant you want to take time out of your travel time and stop at. You won't be sorryyou did.
