This is my last time visiting this location. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. Unfortunately the service was not good.... My waitresses was having a bad day and shared the details with me. She completely got my order wrong and proceeded to get into ashouting match with someone in the kitchen. I wil not be returning to this location. Read more
First off the restaurant is under new management again! (Second time in less than a year)Our food was cold, pancakes were dry,... hash browns were burnt, not offered any refills, they don?t serve grits Mon-Fri, and I had something floating in my cup. IHOP is one of my favorite chain breakfast places to go and this one doesn't disappoint. Our server Donna was great, today was... extremely busy yet she remained cheerful and attentive. She was helped by another woman who's name I was unable to get but shewas nice as well. I always get either the Tres Leches or the CinnaStack pancake combo, today was CinnaStack and it was great asalways. Our food also came out incredibly fast. Read more
