I enjoyed the food very tasty. Very pricey for a very small quantity. Order the brisket dinner with 2 sides. 2 pieces of brisket... and 2 small sides less then a cup a piece. Not to mention they weigh everything you eat. That meal was $ 16.00. If you want tobe greeted and talked too their employees do not make you feel welcomed. Read more
They steer people to the app but most of the employees don't understand how it works and can't troubleshoot it. There are times... in-stock items were unavailable on the app, or even worse, out-of-stock items were available. The last time I went in I wastold chicken was out of stock but that I could wait for it or swap it with other meats (which I was not interested in but sadlyalready paid on the app so a refund wasn't an option). I came back after about 40 minutes and it still wasn't ready. I waitedand waited.... and waited... Finally, when it was ready, I get out to my car and they forgot some of our sides. I had to go backin for what I recall as the 3rd or 4th time for the same order. They gave me 3 of these "free pork sandwich" coupons, but I onlyliked the chicken. I wouldn't ever use a pork sandwich coupon. Offering a coupon for something as restrictive as a pork sandwichis an empty gesture at best. The worst part of that experience was getting home to eat it. Best way to describe it is to saythat you could taste that it was rushed. Right down to the texture of the meat. I'd have rather had a refund right away thanhave waited over an hour for something we ultimately ended up trashing. Read more
Great place to eat if you enjoy BBQ! The brisket was so tender and the Spicy BBQ sauce was fantastic. Also highly recommend the... jalapeno cheddar kielbasa...it practically melts in your mouth! This was the first time going to one of these and it was really good. The service was really friendly and helpful, and they were... fast. I got the three meat plate(pictured)with ribs, pulled pork(2x), mac n cheese, and casserole and it was all delicious. Myfamily got different meats and sides and found them equally delicious. I would definitely go back and would recommend. Read more
