I order a 13 and asked for my sandwich to be cut in half and it wasn't. When I asked the manager Joshua to cut it he laughed and... cut it in half perpendicularly. My sandwich was completely ruined and when I asked for my money back he laughed and did so. Healso asked my if I was a rewards member like 12 times and each time I told him yes.
