Horrible! Okay, I understand they have new staff there, according to the sign they had on a small table when you come in, but,... as someone who has worked in fast food and retail for over 20 years, this was not the way to run a business. My husband and Ieach ordered a donut and a hot beverage. He ordered hot chocolate, and I ordered a latte with sugar free vanilla and almondmilk. The donuts were ready in ab out 15 minutes. The lady who rung us up said they were still working on the drinks. It wasobvious she didn't know how to make them, and an older woman, Whom I'm guessing was the manager quickly was telling her what todo. We waited for almost another half an hour for our drinks. When we first ordered, we were the only ones in the store, then,people came in a few minutes after us. To add insult to injury, after we finally got our drinks and left, I took a sip of mineand it was disgusting, there definitely wasn't any coffee in it or sugar free vanilla. It just tasted like hot, unsweetenedmilk. The girls hand was shaking when she gave it to me. As a manager, if you know someone doesn't know how to work the machineor make something, and now you have people waiting longer than they should be and a line, make it yourself, so it gets doneproperly. We weren't impressed with the donuts either, my husband's was all melted. Train people properly, when it's slow, andif they need help, give it. Delicious donuts. You can pick from any of the varieties that they have or you can have one frosted with whatever toppings you... desire. The seasonal donuts are really yummy. My DH enjoys the milkshakes from here. We're stop here whenever we're nearby. Read more
Donuts were delicious. Unfortunately my order was incorrect. I ordered sausage egg and cheese and received bacon instead and... asked for different types of drizzle on my half dozen and didn't receive. On next trip same occurrence drizzle left off orderI requested it to be added. The Manager was there and gave extra donuts for the mishaps on my coworker and my order that day.Much appreciated.
