The gentleman who took our order and helped us was just wonderful. Very nice and professional. Also made me laugh a couple... times. Why is that so hard for a CSR to do? Maybe all crusty employees could go and watch this guy for an hour...They Definitelywould learn a thing or two. Read more

UPDATE TO OWNERS REPLY: I don't have my receipt from this visit so I cannot do the online thing. I can tell you that it was on... Tuesday, October 18th - sometime between 3pm and 4:30 pm. The order consisted of one Mushroom and swiss burger and one Mushroomand swiss burger meal. Stopped in with my dad to get Mushroom and swiss burgers. It was a good thing we decided to go in andeat because when we were given our food, there was NO MEAT on the burger. I know that this sort of thing happens and sometimespeople miss things, especially when a place is busy. But we were the only customers - no line in the drive-thru, not a singlecustomer inside. When they did correct it, the meat was super greasy, couldn't even get it all with a napkin! If you lookthrough my reviews, you'll see that I don't complain often, but this was bad and the employees weren't too friendly. Not theirbest moment. Read more
