I?ve been visiting this Rita?s since I moved to Dunmore a few years ago, though I must admit, while recovering from my... tonsillectomy, I?ve probably been to this location more in the past two weeks than I have been since I moved here. I felt itnecessary to share that I came by tonight (08/11/22) and was greeted by the same associate that has been there every night I?vevisited around 7p this summer. She always has a smile on her face and is always so kind to me. I typed on my phone that I havelost my voice since my surgery, and asked if I could give my order this way (by typing it out). She was incredibly patient andaccommodating while waiting on me and even wished me well in my recovery. Having her encouragement made me feel a lot bettertoday and I appreciate it more than she might ever know! I?ve always enjoyed coming to this location, especially since theyalways have the best selection of flavors, but really, what makes my experience the best here, is how heartfelt the associatesalways are ? especially this one. Thank you again for being so kind and accommodating for your customers! ?? Simple acts likethis go such a long way.
