It?s supposed to be hot and ready but you have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for a pizza during lunch time is unacceptable and... cutting my lunch time short because nothing is ready. Read more
Had to change my old review bc even tho it's just Lil caesars, they are always in point. I come in on a weekly basis 5-10mins... before close and they are always super nice and friendly. Night time manager young girl with long blonde hair deserves a raise.She's always on point. Brings my pizza to my car on the regular. I DD for a living too and whenever I have a pick up it's alwayseither ready or less than a 5 min wait. Read more
Just so it's known, this 5 star review is for the hardworking young adults that work at this establishment. We are long time... customers. I do, however, have a major issue with the owner yelling at the workers A LOT. I have been in there to place an orderwhen I've seen both workers up front working hard to get orders put in by customers standing right there, unable to answer thephone right away. The other workers in the back working as hard as they can to get these orders done. Then the owner comes outof no where yelling at these kids in front of everyone! It's embarrassing and degrading to them, especially when they're doingall they can do already. The most recent that I heard was him practically screaming at them for not answering the phone beforethe third ring. Why can't he answer it?? The workers up front already had a lobby full of customers they were trying to help. Ifhe has issues (and can't answer the phone) then he needs to address it in a more professional manner.
