Batista was SO sweet this morning. Recommended an addition to an already tasty drink and I really appreciated it!
Very disappointing , we ordered a few drinks and waited quite awhile for our drinks . After waiting about ten minutes , we were... informed they couldn?t make two of our drinks due to them being out of Strawberry purée, highly disappointed , as we alreadywaited ten minutes to be told that 2 of our 6 drinks we were unable to get . The barista gave up no solutions for it . And the 3shaken espressos all looked different . As if they only had shaken one fully , one semi and the other one more layered . Ordered ahead on the mobile app only to get there and find a sign saying the lobby was closed with an arrow pointing at the... drive-thru. So I get in line and wait 20 minutes. They tell me that a car a few ahead of me got the last of the cold brew, sothey couldn't make the drink that I had ordered on the mobile app 25 minutes earlier. They offer to make it with iced coffeetelling me it will be the same. It wasn't. Worst tasting drink I've ever had at a Starbucks and a complete waste of the rewardspoints I redeemed for it. I had to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket because I couldn't wait in line for an additional 30minutes to have them make me something drinkable. Can't imagine going to this location again.
