there was only one employee who was unhelpful, i waited through two families of ice cream orders until i found out the espresso... machine was broken. i then asked what coffee was available and she said she didn't know. the only employee at a store thatadvertises coffee and espresso doesn't know what coffee there is. wasted 30-40 min of my time to just walk out of the store withnothing. Coffee does not taste good anymore. When I first started coming there they never carried oat milk and I was allowed to bring my... own, then they started carrying oat milk. Last several times I have got coffee it hasn?t tasted right and I mentioned it to theperson who had been making the coffee the last several times I came in. Asking what had changed. They changed the oatmilkbrand. I started bringing my own oat milk before. The coffee tasted better but still not the same as before. I was told Icouldn?t bring my own oatmilk because of Covid from the new manager. Yet had been allowed to bring my own oatmilk during Covidbefore. Read more
