Where do I start? Well first off we were greeted by super friendly hosts and the wait staff were all professional and... knowledgeable. Ours liked to eat here as a customer before working here. The cocktails are refined and mixed by experts. Thefood was really great. I had a salad with fresh greens and a complex dressing. The salmon was truly perfect and we folded with ayummy dessert. I live in Phoenix and travel through Durango frequently so I have made a habit of trying new restaurants each time I am... there. El Moro was fantastic. The service was amazing from start to finish, the food was delicious, and their menu was expansivein both food and drinks. The decor was so well put together and it created a fun and cozy vibe. A nice mix of different cultured foods presented in an elevated manner. I had the lamb burger and it was lovely and the next day... I had the mojo risin' sandwich with a side salad topped with red wine vinegrette. Their prices are super affordable and thequality is great. They even have a ladder for their booze. Everything we ordered was delicious. Seating for 6 was plentiful. Wednesday meatloaf sandwich, roasted tomato sandwich, cuban,... salmon and daikon salad plus the kids menu was a hit with the kids.
