Dinner was pretty busy on a Tuesday evening. We were quoted 20 minutes but were sat in half the time. Ordered the aloha burger... and the food runner made us chuckle greeting us with "aloha". There was a 30 to 40 minute wait for a table for two, but we were able to find two spots at the bar and eat right away. The... bartenders were friendly and pretty quick given how busy they were. We should have checked Waitlist and got on the list onlinebefore coming in, since they offer that. We had the Cobb salad, the smoked 12 oz sirloin, and the Cajun dusted wings. I'venever had smoked steak before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I guess I was just thinking maybe it was a smoky sauce. But itwas delicious! The steak actually had a smoky flavor. We ordered it medium rare and it came medium. The Cajun dusted wingsweren't really spicy. Tasted more like seasoned salt and pepper. We tried several beers. Fun place with great beer selection and food. We had a short wait on a Wednesday early evening. Big place with great waiters. I... got the blackened trout and my husband the gyro. Both delicious.
