Wth?I got a 5/5 biggie bag with the chicken BLT my husband got a son of a bacon stir and 4 nuggets on the side and we decided to... try the chicken marinara sandwich We got home and EVERYTHING was cold. None of the cheese on anything was touched by a heatedprotein. No melt at all. Like not even warm. As if I drove an hour with it in my passenger seat I live 2 minutes away. I?m somad!. Wasted $30 for what? We?re not eating it. I want a refund for sure. Read more
Worse service I've ever had at a Wendy's. I stopped here with my husband and 2 kids on our way to Texas for dinner. The lady... insisted we get combos that it would be cheaper. $47 for 4 ppl not bad at all. What she failed to mention is all of the sodasare flat because of malfunction with machines and they have no ice. Also she recommended the avocado salad to which I agreed toget with crispy chicken yum right, hell no she didn't tell me they didn't have lettuce. Once we realized all this I asked for arefund the manager refused to refund more than $2.56 said that was the price for the 4 drinks and absolutely refused to refundthe salad. My husband and I stopped there for lunch today. I was looking forward to a hot,juicy cheeseburger that I always love from... Wendy's. What we got in no way resembled the Wendy's I was hoping for.. The meat tasted like a bad meat substitute . The bun wasstale and dry and the store was dirty. There was only one other person eating there besides us. I will not be going back everagain. I threw most of my lunch away and so did my husband. We spent approximately $20 and left with a few bites of horriblefood. I only gave 1 star so I could post for this review. Read more
Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The staff does not listen at all to what you tell them. I came through the drive through and... placed an order for a #1 double, no cheese, only ketchup and pickles. I first recieved a #1 single with cheese. I went backthrough to repeat my order and ask for them to fix the burger, and so they then prepared me a #1 single without cheese but withonly pickles and ketchup. I then reiterated to the person giving me the food that I had ordered a double instead of a single.The worker then apologized and went back to prepare the burger again. And finally, they returned with a #1 double prepared witheverything on it, so I just took the burgerd and drove away and decided to eat somewhere else for the night. Read more

I really dont think this place deserves a star, we ordered 4 items for breakfast we were the only ones in the drive thru, and... they still had us pull up for an additional 10 mins and FORGOT about our food!!!! So I had to pull back around and by that pointI just wanted my money back... and not to mention the girls that were working were rude and disrespectful. We will not be goingback. Read more
