Absolutely horrible service. The staff is undertrained, and the manager is always very cold like she?s had a fight with someone.... No customer service skill. She was curt and rude to me when she was taking my order!! I wonder how this girl is a manager, whatskills qualified her????? The rest of the staff is nice and friendly, but you can tell they don?t know what they are doing halfthe time. Suffice to say I won?t be going back any time soon! Read more
This DD on a scale of 1-10 would be rated 5. Staff is not energetic or friendly. But eventually they get the job done. I... understand it's difficult to get help these days but having someone at the counter with energy & a positive attitude makes evena DD experience pleasant and enjoyable.
