I ate there a lot when I was a student at UNH (MBA 2002). During my last visit to NH last September I stopped by to say hello... to Pauli and of course to eat there again. Pauly makes the best falafel I've ever tried!!! Read more
I?ve been to Pauly?s numerous times and it never disappoints! I didn?t know until tonight that there was different spice levels!... The mild spice made an excellent to an already amazing meal! I would go as far to suggest that Pauly?s Pockets has the bestfries in Durham, not too greasy and crisped to perfection. Pros: falafel is awesome, the pockets are HUGE, service was great Cons: fries were tasteless and soft (not curly fries, like I... saw pictured in another review) and I found the gyro and chicken to be just ok Would definitely go back for the falafel pocket,and would also try their grape leaves!
